I am here to continue my thoughts...
The second week is coming to an end. Time flies so quickly but still I've managed to find out so many things which make me feel over the moon, if I may say so. All I've learnt came in handy.
Writing objectives wasn't new for me, I did it before in a different way, I mean not following the ABCD model. I've read my colleagues' posts in the nicenet and blogs as well, I am thankful to all of them for sharing their ideas and experience. I am learning new things from them and they encourage me whenever I'm in a tight spot.
This Weekly activities have given me fascinating insights in designing my future lesson projects and I'm looking forward to passing to another step.
The tasks I am suggested to complete every week make me remember one saying:" Whenever you are asked if you can do a job, tell them,"Certainly I can!" then get busy and find out how to do it".

Hi Tanya,
ReplyDeleteI agree with your saying. Actually, I'm starting to like your sayings a lot.
Many times I'm invited to undergo new projects and, instead of being "afraid of the dark", I always say yes. I decide to take a step at a time and as I go along doing the projects I start to see light at the end of the dark tunnel. Slowly but surely, I carry on moving forward towards the light. When I reach the end I come out into the beautiful clarity which is the light of knowledge and empowerment...
Wow! You bring out the best in me...
Till next time
Mena
Hi Tanya,
ReplyDeleteYou have given us enriching thoughts I must say ! Really liked your saying. Yes, we all are trying to do the best we can and learning to do things that we never knew we can. And that's the beauty of learning, isn't it? Hope we all continue in the same way and add many goodies to our bag by the time we complete this course.
Thanks again and best of luck !
Prithvi
Hi Tanya
ReplyDeleteYour saying sounds familiar. I often say, if *I* can do it, so can *you.* I also like your point about ABCD objectives, and it is important to know that there are different models, all equally valid. The nice thing about ABCD is that it contains a mnemonic.

Hi Tanya,
ReplyDeleteI like your saying. Actually, I think you are the one encourage everybody. I'm afraid at the beginning, I don't think I'm good enough at computer. But if I'm too afraid to meet the challenge, how could I teach my students to learn new things. So I wil keep your words on my mind-"Certainly I can!"
Regards,
Vanessa
Hey, Tanya!
ReplyDeleteI love the titles and the content of your blog posts. They sound so poetic and encouraging.
I'm glad I'm not the one who "feels over the moon" while learning new stuff.
Regards,
Maria.
Hi everyone!
ReplyDeleteThank you a lot for visiting my blog and for your helpful comments.
Best of luck!
